Fixed right bar for IE/windows
This is a simple template page; for browsers with support for J(ava)Script some additional test features are available.
This is generally a bad usage scenario for fixed content.
- the only halfway robust approach for IE/Windows is to have the content’s scrollbar sticky to the left of the fixed right bar; possible exceptions notwithstanding, do never assume the scrollbar to be 16px wide
- the browser’s back button does generally not work after jumping to a page anchor in an overflowing box; for IE/Windows this also affects the content area
