Fixed box for IE/windows >= 6

This is a simple template page; for browsers with support for J(ava)Script some additional test features are available.

Caveats

• works only in IE > 5 and ‘standards-compliant mode’ is required (but never guaranteed due to IE’s sniffing heuristics)
• a wide image or long string will push the vertical scrollbar out of the viewport in IE >= 6
